What this site is
A personal portfolio and a way to get in touch. Nothing here is an offer of services on particular terms, and nothing here forms a client relationship. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this site.
Content and ownership
The writing, design, code and photographs on this site belong to me unless stated otherwise. Third-party logos and marks belong to their respective owners and appear to identify past work, not to imply endorsement.
You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Republishing it wholesale as your own is not on.
Accuracy
Case studies, figures and dates reflect my honest account of the work at the time of writing. Results described for past clients are theirs, not a promise of what anyone else will get.

This site links to other places on the internet, including products I have built and services I use. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for what they contain or do.
